Many knows me also as Mika. I have, as long as I can remember, had a passion for holistic health. How everything connects together, body-heart-mind-soul and vice versa.

In my younger years I did figure skating but around 13 years ago I found yoga. First it was a physical practice, the perfectionist within me was still very present but after a while I started to notice I shift. I begun to soften, listen more from the inside instead of performing a shape from the outside. My practice became more kind, and I was more accepting towards both myself and others. More balance and harmony was created in my life.

I don´t believe in "one solution fits all", because we are all so different.

But if we can connect back to nature, our bodies and hearts I believe we can find what is meant for us. For most of us it is quite simple, we wish for peace, joy, love and harmony.​

That is why I created MikaMeraki. Meraki is Greek and means "doing something with your soul, creativity, and love". Simply putting a piece of yourself into the things you do. With yoga, movements, sounds, rituals, ceremonies & retreats I share what have brought me home to my own body and heart. Join me on this journey of reconnection and remembrance.
